Today's interview is with Kevin Bosc of Refer Me Please. Kevin is a former Google employee turned startup founder.

Kevin's idea came about when many of his friends would ask him how they could get a job working at Google or any other number of high-tech companies that he was connected to.

Refer Me Please is a social network that helps you connect with friends or business associates that work at companies you are interested in starting a career at and then facilitates your referral to the HR department.

Since recording this interview over a year ago, Refer Me Please has grown significantly and now posts a large team.
