Ep. #26 of the SouthFound podcast - Courtney Jones of the Mom Source Network
This audio was recorded for episode #26 of the SouthFound podcast.
Courtney Jones of the Mom Source Network had no intentions of being an entrepreneur. In fact, she had worked 15 years for a great company and for a great boss when she finally decided to pursue her own startup.
Following the decision to start her own family Courtney felt the need to have the "best of both worlds", that being the ability to raise her children but also have a professional life. After noticing that her corporate life was good but unfilling, Courtney embarked on a journey to help other moms gain the ability to remain active in the workforce while still raising their children.
Listen in as Courtney talks about her "give a woman a fish" model, as well as some statistics on the positive impact of workplace flexibility.
